This type of cleaning granulate was developed for cleaning the majority of injection presses and extruders. The effect of the cleaning granulate is purely mechanical; it exploits the abilities of used materials to dissolve and absorb the remains of melts and present impurities. When using the granulate, the remains of melts and impurities are caught in melted RENOcleaner, and pressed out of the chamber by an extruder screw. RENOcleaner is highly efficient, but of course, the cleaning speed will be determined by the required degree of cleaning. By optimising the working method, it is possible to save up to 80% of your time when changing colours and materials. Total savings can reach up to 65% of the usual costs.

The maximum application temperature is 280°C (536,00 °F). Compared with other products, RENOclean MC30 produces a minimum amount of gasses and unpleasant odours. It is easy to use, and does not scratch the surface of either the extruder screw or the chamber. It dissolves the remains of plastic materials and their carbonized residues. It is not necessary to mix it with the parent material, as it is often used in its original condition.

Practical consumption for cleaning depends on the degree of pollution, required cleanliness, screw and chamber geometry, and type of plastic material being cleaned. According to the degree of pollution, after using and grinding, RENOclean MC30 can be reused several times.
