RENOplastic history
The RENOplastic Company was established in 1990. Its main specialization is processing of plastic fibre waste into plastic granulates.
The investment plan was directed in this area. After purchasing a suitable building, its adaptation and installation of a special granulating line,
the production of polyamide granulates from nylon stock waste started. Later the production expanded to other plastics, and they implemented
another granulation line and foil agglomeration.
The production line has been continuously expanding with new kinds and types of plastics while at the same time machinery is being modernized.
There is still a focus on the processing of industrial waste and its regeneration to fully valuable granulates.
The credo of the activity is to maximally satisfy customers' needs with respect to waste occurrence as well as process optimizing based on product
quality requirements. The quality of the products is continuously tested in laboratories as well as during the production process.
Based on customers' requirements the products receive quality certificates in cooperation with authorised laboratories.
Ecological benefit is in using secondary raw materials and in the reduction of plastic waste storage.
Choosing a suitable processing technology and due to a consistent inspection of the production process, the products are many times comparable with new materials.
The company was certified according to the Czech National Standards "CSN EN 9001:2001" in 2004.
